Rob brings over 30 years of enterprise software industry experience to LucidEra as well as proven track record of leading innovative young companies into market leadership positions.
Rob served as Group Vice President, Siebel CRM OnDemand, for Oracle Corporation, where he managed the team responsible for the new industry leading CRM OnDemand solution. He came to Oracle from Siebel, where he was responsible for OnDemand marketing and the IBM strategic relationship. Rob also served as President and CEO of on-demand CRM innovator UpShot, which grew over 100% every year under his leadership, as well as President at Concur Commerce Network and Seeker Software, Inc.
Rob's expertise is also rooted in his role as Vice President at Documentum, Inc., where he established the company as the business and technology leader in the Document Management market. He was also the catalyst for the creation of Documentum's industry focused plans and solutions, including taking Documentum through its "Crossing the Chasm" strategies. These strategies propelled Documentum into being Silicon Valley's fastest growing software company according to Deloitte & Touche in the
early '90s.
Ken has held key roles with leading software as a service and business analytics companies, including Siebel, Salesforce.com,
NetSuite, and Oracle.
Ken was the VP and General Manager of Siebel CRM On-Demand at Siebel Systems. He created and successfully launched Siebel's top rated hosted CRM solution, leading it to become one of the top hosted solutions in the market. Ken was previously VP of Marketing for Siebel Analytics. In that role, he helped Siebel become the industry's largest provider of analytics applications. Before Siebel, Ken served as SVP of Products for Salesforce.com, spearheading all development and product marketing functions for the company's hosted CRM solution. Before Salesforce.com, Ken was co-founder and CEO of Emergent Corp., a consulting company focused on building large-scale data warehousing solutions for Fortune 500 companies. The company was acquired by Keane, Inc. in 1999. He also served as a founding advisory board member of NetSuite. Ken started his career at the Scalable Systems Division at Oracle, where he helped pioneer the use of highly parallel hardware and software technology for large scale data warehouses.
Ken holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and electrical engineering from Harvard University and a master's degree in business from Stanford University.
Vish joined LucidEra in early stages of the company and was instrumental in developing the company’s vision and plans for building focused on-demand analytic applications.
Vish has 18 years of experience in the business intelligence and information infrastructure market. He has held key positions at Informatica, Carrieter Inc. (now Kean Consulting) and has been instrumental in building and deploying enterprise data warehouses and BI solutions at several Fortune 500 companies including Motorola, Philips, and Allied Signal. Before joining LucidEra, Vish was the founder and CEO of a consulting company that advised start-ups on key areas of product definition and strategy and helped many early-stage companies with customer implementation and adoption. At Informatica, Vish was responsible for managing the development of the company’s analytic applications product line, which at the time was targeted at Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
Vish holds bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Marathwada University in India.
Darren has over 10 years of experience in the business intelligence market having held key marketing and product management positions at Business Objects and Salesforce.com.
In 2000, Darren joined Business Objects when the company acquired the Ottawa-based start-up, OLAP@Work. At Business Objects Darren was responsible for product marketing for many of the company’s primary BI products. He went on to play a key role in the acquisitions of and go-to-market strategies for Acta Technologies, Crystal Decisions, and First Logic Inc.
In 2006, Darren joined Salesforce.com to lead product management for analytics. In this role he managed key AppExchange analytics and data integration partnerships. He joined LucidEra in July 2007.
Darren holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate diploma in applied information technology from ITI in Canada.
