Robert ReidRob brings over 30 years of enterprise software industry experience to LucidEra as well as proven track record of leading innovative young companies into market leadership positions.

Rob served as Group Vice President, Siebel CRM OnDemand, for Oracle Corporation, where he managed the team responsible for the new industry leading CRM OnDemand solution. He came to Oracle from Siebel, where he was responsible for OnDemand marketing and the IBM strategic relationship. Rob also served as President and CEO of on-demand CRM innovator UpShot, which grew over 100% every year under his leadership, as well as President at Concur Commerce Network and Seeker Software, Inc.

Rob's expertise is also rooted in his role as Vice President at Documentum, Inc., where he established the company as the business and technology leader in the Document Management market. He was also the catalyst for the creation of Documentum's industry focused plans and solutions, including taking Documentum through its "Crossing the Chasm" strategies. These strategies propelled Documentum into being Silicon Valley's fastest growing software company according to Deloitte & Touche in the
early '90s.

 

Ken RudinKen has held key roles with leading software as a service and business analytics companies, including Siebel, Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and Oracle.

Ken was the VP and General Manager of Siebel CRM On-Demand at Siebel Systems. He created and successfully launched Siebel's top rated hosted CRM solution, leading it to become one of the top hosted solutions in the market. Ken was previously VP of Marketing for Siebel Analytics. In that role, he helped Siebel become the industry's largest provider of analytics applications. Before Siebel, Ken served as SVP of Products for Salesforce.com, spearheading all development and product marketing functions for the company's hosted CRM solution. Before Salesforce.com, Ken was co-founder and CEO of Emergent Corp., a consulting company focused on building large-scale data warehousing solutions for Fortune 500 companies. The company was acquired by Keane, Inc. in 1999. He also served as a founding advisory board member of NetSuite. Ken started his career at the Scalable Systems Division at Oracle, where he helped pioneer the use of highly parallel hardware and software technology for large scale data warehouses.

Ken holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and electrical engineering from Harvard University and a master's degree in business from Stanford University.

 

Tai TranTai has successfully led engineering teams that delivered to the market leading analytics and database management products.

As the Senior Director of Engineering at Siebel Systems Tai was responsible for all Siebel Analytics Applications and Data Warehousing development. Before that, Tai was VP of Engineering at PowerMarket, a supply chain decision management company. As VP of Engineering at Broadbase Software, Tai led the development of the Broadbase Data Mart Platform through three major releases. Prior to Broadbase, Tai was a development manager at Oracle, where he led the development team to deliver first versions of Oracle Bitmap Index and Oracle Context. Tai started his career as a Software Engineer at Digital Equipment Corp.

Tai holds two degrees from the University of London, a master's degree in computer networks from University College and a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Queen Mary College.

 

Tina BabbiTina has led successful sales teams in companies known for their strong focus on customer relationships.

Tina was the Director of Channel Operations and Worldwide Customer Training at Apple Computer. Her focus on operational efficiencies and customer experience drove departmental contribution to new records. Before that, Tina was the VP of Sales Operations and Programs at Blue Pumpkin Software where she was instrumental in driving the dramatic growth of the early-stage start-up to a market leadership position. Previously, she served in senior sales management roles with successful enterprise software companies, including Entercept Security Technologies (acquired by Network Associates), Netscape, Collabra (acquired by Netscape), Portola Communications (acquired by Netscape), and Gupta Technologies (acquired by Platinum Equity). Tina started her management career at Everex Computers.

Tina holds a bachelor's degree in civil and biological engineering from Cornell University.
